This site belongs to Anatoly & Julia, wedding photographers based in Lisbon, Portugal. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type into it: your names, email, phone if you give it, the date and place of your wedding, and your message. The site also stores the time of the enquiry, your IP address and the type of device, so we can spot spam.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, send you our collections and plan your wedding with you. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months. If you book us, we keep what we need for the contract and accounting for as long as the law requires.

Who else sees it

Our website host and our email provider (Google Workspace) process the data so the site and email work. Nobody else.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will do it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
